Real Cooks, Real Results
Product Details
Pure titanium. No coatings. No PFAS. No compromise.
Every pan is individually shaped using traditional hand-hammering techniques that strengthen the titanium and create a textured surface for superior heat distribution. No two pans are exactly alike.
Pure titanium does not react with your food. No metallic taste, no chemical leaching, no flavour transfer. Cook acidic dishes, deglaze with wine, sear at high heat, all without compromising the surface or your ingredients.
Compatible with every cooktop including induction, gas, ceramic, and open flame. Heats faster and more evenly than stainless steel at roughly half the weight, giving you control and comfort during longer cooking sessions.
There is nothing to scratch, chip, or replace. No coating means no expiry date. The pan performs the same on day one as it does after a thousand meals.
One pan. For life.
Made to Last a Lifetime
A classic pan wears out fast. The coating scratches, peels, and after a couple of years you throw it away and buy another one. Again and again.
Pure titanium doesn't wear, flake or warp. Year after year, your pan performs just like it did on day one.
Buy it once, and it stays with you for life. It's probably the best investment you'll make in your kitchen.
Getting the Perfect Non-Stick Cook
Heat your pan on low-medium heat for 60 seconds before adding oil. Add a small amount of oil or butter and let it shimmer. Place your ingredients in, then leave them. When ready, they'll release on their own. That's pure titanium doing what it was built to do.
Care Instructions
Warm water, mild soap, done. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing keeps the hammered finish at its best.

The problem
Traditional Cookware Falls Short
Most pans are designed to fail — forcing you into an endless cycle of replacement.
-
01Short Product Lifespan
Non stick pans last only 2 to 3 years. The coating breaks down at high heat, can release harmful chemicals, and eventually peels, leading to constant replacement.
-
02Easily Scratched by Utensils
Other pans get damaged quickly by everyday cooking utensils. Spatulas and tongs can scratch the surface, causing the non-stick coating to wear down faster and reducing overall performance.
-
03Inconsistent Heat Distribution
Standard non stick and ceramic pans create hot spots and cold zones, making consistent, professional quality results impossible.

Why Asaka?
Not All Pans Are Created Equal

Our story
Behind Asaka, there's me: Mark.
It started with a trip to Japan. In every kitchen I visited, cookware was chosen with the same care as the food itself: built to last, and made to keep what you cook pure.
In Japan, a pan isn't something you replace. It's something you keep.
Japan also produces some of the finest titanium in the world. Back home, my own pans were scratched, flaking and replaced every year or two. I didn't want that in my food any more.
So I made Asaka. A pure titanium cooking surface, no coating, nothing to flake. Simple, honest, and built for a lifetime.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Asaka titanium cookware.
What makes Asaka pans different from regular non-stick?
Unlike traditional non-stick pans that rely on chemical coatings like PTFE (Teflon), Asaka pans are made from solid aerospace-grade titanium. The surface is naturally non-stick and actually improves with use — no chemicals, no coatings, no compromise.
Are Asaka pans really safe to use?
Absolutely. Asaka pans contain zero PFAS, PTFE, lead, cadmium, or any other harmful substances. Titanium is the same biocompatible material used in medical implants. There is no chemical transfer to your food — ever.
Can I use metal utensils with my Asaka pan?
Yes! Unlike coated pans, titanium can handle metal spatulas, whisks, and tongs without scratching or damage. The hammered surface is incredibly resilient.
What heat sources are compatible?
Asaka pans work on every heat source: gas, electric, ceramic, induction, oven (up to 1000°F), grill, and even open campfire. One pan, total versatility.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, Asaka pans are fully dishwasher safe. However, a quick hand wash with warm water is usually all you need — food slides right off the titanium surface.
How does the lifetime warranty work?
We stand behind every pan we make. If your Asaka pan develops any manufacturing defects, we'll replace it free of charge — for life. No fine print, no hassle.
How heavy are Asaka pans?
Titanium is 45% lighter than steel. A 12" Asaka pan weighs just 2.1 lbs — roughly half the weight of a comparable cast iron or stainless steel pan. Comfortable enough for everyday cooking.
Do I need to season my Asaka pan?
No seasoning required. Asaka pans are ready to use out of the box. The titanium surface naturally develops a better non-stick patina over time with regular cooking — it literally gets better the more you use it.
